Our Service Management System (SMS) is focused on providing IT services and operation services in a customer-oriented and efficient manner. The goal is the best possible and secure support of the customer’s business processes through IT services from ITpoint. The process framework is based on ITIL V3 Best Practice. The SMS is certified according to ISO/IEC 20000.
Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) defines rules, procedures and methods with which information security can be managed, controlled, ensured and optimized. These are primarily requirements from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), from the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and the requirements of FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority). Our ISMS is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 and supports the processes in our SMS with regard to data security.
