Our Service Management System (SMS) is designed to provide IT services and operation services in a customer-oriented and efficient manner. The goal is the best possible and secure support of the customer’s business processes through IT services from ITpoint. The process framework is based on ITIL V3 Best Practice. The SMS is certified according to ISO/IEC 20000.
The ISMS defines rules, procedures and methods with which information security can be managed, controlled, ensured and optimized. These are primarily requirements from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), from the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and the requirements of FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority). The ISMS is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 and supports the processes in the service management system with regard to data security.
The ISAE3402 Report “Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organization” provides evidence of the effectiveness of the controls we have implemented in connection with ISO/IEC27001 and ISO/IEC20000, which are checked and confirmed by an independent auditor. For our customers, this report can be used for their internal/external audits and in turn serves as evidence of the controls performed.
